Now the Director of Operations, Seema Thaper began  her career at Triage Data Solutions over 20 years ago as a data entry analyst. Seema is experienced in overseeing the execution of litigation support projects and ensuring that project timelines are met to the highest standard of quality. She has extensive experience working with numerous eDiscovery and document review platforms and managing complex high volume eDiscovery projects. 

Seema continues to be responsible for providing our clients with estimates and budgeting projects. She continually exceeds client expectations and ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Seema comes from a legal background as a legal secretary at IILC in India, working in Corporate Law, and has an Honors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Over the past 25 years, Seema has gained experience in a wide variety of litigation support software and technologies. She has a long history of building relationships with clients and excels at assessing client needs for eDiscovery support and advising on best practices to achieve effective and efficient results. 

When she is not working, Seema enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and walking along  the Seawall.
